Subscription:
Annual subscription shall be payable. The amount of this shall be decided upon by the Annual General Meeting from time to time on the recommendation of Council provided that Fellows . shall pay twice the subscription rate of Members and Associate Members shall pay half the subscription rate of Members. The amount decided upon by the Annual General Meeting shall be quoted in U. S. Dollars and the equivalent. paid except in special circumstances approved by Council.
