Special General Meeting:
A Special General Meeting may be called at any time by Council or on the written request of at least fifty Fellows of the Association. The purpose for which the meeting is called shall be stated in the notice convening the meeting and such notice shall be circulated at least one month before the date for which it is called. At a Special General Meeting no subjects other than those of which the prescribed notice has been given shall be discussed except with the consent of the President.
