Quorum and Votes:
At any General Meeting, 25 Fellows shall form a quorum. Every Fellow present shall be entitled to one vote upon every motion and in case of equality of votes the President shall have a second or casting vote. No Fellows shall be permitted to vote by proxy but written nominations for Membership of the Council may be submitted in absentia.
