Arrears of Payment:
The financial year of the Association for the purpose of accounting is from 16th August to 15th August. For all other purpose, including Subscription payments, the calendar year will be adopted. The first Subscription demand will be sent in January by the Country Representative or Country Treasurer. A reminder will be sent in March and a registered letter in May. At the June Council meeting, a list of paid and unpaid Members and Fellows from each country will be presented to the Council. The Council will make a final decision as to which names should be deleted from the Membership List.
