Overseas Fellows, Members and Associate Members:
Overseas Fellows, Members and Associate Members will be those no longer resident in Eastern Africa and those joining while resident outside the area. There shall be no difference in obligation and privilege between Resident and Overseas categories except that Overseas Fellows are not eligible for office.
