Members:
The number of Members shall be unlimited. They shall be engaged in the practice of surgery or its ancillaries or retired there from and shall hold a postgraduate degree of one of the Universities of East Africa or a higher qualification in surgery or its ancillaries which is acceptable to the Council. They shall not be entitled to vote at meetings or hold office but shall be entitled to elect one representative to the Council.
