Honorary Fellows:
The number of Honorary Fellows shall not exceed twenty. This distinction shall be conferred at the discretion of the Council. Honorary Fellows shall not be entitled to vote at meetings or to hold office. They shall not be required to pay entrance fees nor subscriptions.
