Expulsion:
It shall be the duty of Council, if at any time it be of the opinion that the interests of the Association so require, by letter, to invite any Fellow, Member or Associate Member to resign from the Association within a time specified in such a letter and, in default of such resignation, to suspend the individual and to submit the question of his expulsion to the next Annual General Meeting. At that meeting he shall be allowed to offer an explanation of his conduct and if there-upon three fourths of the Fellows present vote for his expulsion, he shall cease to belong to the Association, providing that the voting at that Annual General Meeting shall be by secret ballot.
