Accounts:
The Association may maintain bank accounts in any of the countries where it operates. Such accounts shall be under the charge of a Country Treasurer or Country Representative appointed by Council from amongst members of the Council. The financial year of the Association shall end on 15th of August of every year and the Honorary Treasurer shall present a consolidated statement of accounts at the following Annual General Meeting. There may be additional bank accounts established for specific purposes. Council shall appoint a Council member to be responsible for each such account and ordinarily quarterly statements of the accounts shall be presented to Council.
