Repair of Stale Flexor Tendon Injuries Abstract: Stale injuries will be defined. Anatomy of zones of the hand (IFSSH) causes of delay in repair, surgical challenges; problems and prognosis of delayed tendon repair in a series of 50 digits, will be discussed. Some new techniques will be outlined. Prevention and early repair is the mainstay for better outcome. Detailed paper to follow. |
