It gives great pleasure to welcome you all, as a family of the Surgical Fraternity, to Uganda. The Association of Surgeons of East Africa 54th Annual General Meeting/Scientific Conference will be a wonderful opportunity for us all to fellowship, enjoy the academic and professional enrichment. The College of Surgeons of East, Central and Southern Africa activities are eagerly awaited as they foster an even broader perspective of our Regional cooperation. The Programme has a rich academic menu coupled with social and Accompanying Guests programmes.
